2. Give OBC Non Creamy layer of Public employee at par with private sector.
3. Also introduce creamy layer in SC/ST reservation.
4. Re checkup of all the candidates in last 10 years atleast towards authenticity of their reservation claims.

Prelims, Mains, and Interview Reforms Needed in UPSC:

1. Release Answer Key next day of prelims
2. Release cutoff along with prelims result.
3. Release model answer of Mains paper.
4. Let aspirants check mains copies through RTI.
5. Remove interview board marks subjectivity by limiting the range of marks to 50 only.
