Besa/chickpea flour - 1/2 cup
Moringa leaves - 2 cup chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
Green chili - 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp or to taste
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds/jeera - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain/carom seeds/oma - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Curd/yogurt - 1/2 cup
Ghee or oil for roasting
Water 1/2 cup or as needed
