S. x 'FTS Bearcat' is a ginormous moorei hybrid pitcher plant with dark-red pitchers that have a very large and interesting jawline. We selected and named 'FTS Bearcat' after our nursery kitty cat, Bear, who has been involved with FlytrapStore since its inception in 2009. Bear is now (2024) 15 years old and still going strong, so we decided to choose a gorgeous big pitcher plant to name in his honor!!
