Halifax Food Tour! We're finally doing a food tour in our home city of Halifax. In this video we're in search of the best sandwich in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada). If you're coming to the city, this should hopefully give you some help for where to eat in Halifax.

We made up our own list and then polled our friends and came up with a great list of some of the best sandwiches in the city.

We start out at the Other Bean Cafe on Quinpool Road. Because it was early in the day we decided to start things off with their classic breakfast sandwich (which was the only breakfast sandwich we tried).

Second on the list was the classic diner, the Armview in the west end of Halifax. Here we tried their very well known sandwich called the Dagwood.

Our last three sandwiches were all at places in the North End of Halifax. The third sandwich was at a place best known for their amazing pizza, Salvatore's. However, they are also well known for their hero sandwich. We got the Meatball Hero (recommended by so many people) as well as a Veg Hero so that we did have a vegetarian option on the list.

Our next stop took us to Hali Deli where we had their famous reuben sandwich.

Last on our list was a newer sandwich place, Floyd's (inside of Sourwood Cider).  The menu had some fantastic sounding option but we went with the Mortadella Melt.
