Regrets is something that can either weigh us down or teach us lessons as part of the experience of life. Some people say this lightly, some people say this with a heavy heart.
So today we discuss some of OUR deepest regrets and explore why they are our regrets.
In saying that, weāre not big on dwelling on past experiences, instead we like to keep moving forward and see how we continue to better ourselves each day. So is regret really just us overthinking or can it be more than that?
Join us as we discuss all the layers and aspects of this feeling of regret and how we can work with it.
If you have any tips and personal ways in dealing with regrets, send us a DM on our Instagram so we can share it around!
