Materials:
400 grams of flour (3.5 cups)
300 ml of milk (1.5 cups)
7 grams of salt (1 teaspoon)
15 grams of fresh yeast
Yeast usage:
100 grams of fresh yeast = 50 grams of active dry yeast = 33 grams of instant yeast
When the dough comes together, add the fresh yeast by crushing and knead.
Add the active yeast to the warm milk and wait for 5 minutes, then add it to the mixture and knead the dough.
You can knead by adding instant yeast directly.
7 grams of active dry yeast or 5 grams of instant yeast will be sufficient.
