Replaced 2 leaking Evap coils few months back for new customer. He uses many companies for service. After replacing Evaporators found that when solenoid valves closed down (2 separate boxes 1 solenoid per box) receiver can't hold that much refrigerant, so high side raising up too high. Previous guy set low pressure switch to higher settings than we usually (was around 35PSIG) simply to shut that compressor off when boxes satisfied. Previous compressor lasted 3 years and it was replaced. So now compressor died out again - got bigger receiver - pumps down very nice. Line set is very long 5/8" and 3/8" goes 3 story down - lots of refrigerant for small coolers. Weird problem - hard to troubleshoot - for me).
