Very easy and simple setup, just a Lunafaction Well and a Tether. All 3 of us just unloaded Leviathan's Breath ammo until it was over. We tried this a couple times and it was a consistent one phase most of the time.

Lunafaction is very important, as you are giving yourself a roughly 20% effective increase in fire rate which translates to higher DPS.
