One Touch - Third Man Pass - Passing Exercise

Phase 1 - The player on the bottom left corner (red marker) passes to the player on the white marker, who passes in one touch to the player on the bottom right corner. This player then dribbles until they can find a good passing lane into the player who has moved into the diamond. The player receiving the pass inside the diamond passes to the player at the top right of the exercise, then passes across the exercise to the top left, who then dribbles back half way before passing to the start of the exercise to begin again. Repeat the exercise in both directions.

Phase 2 - This exercise is the same as the first one, but the player passing into the diamond receives the ball back (1-2) and then passes straight to the player on the top right, across to the top left, dribbles down and pass back to the beginning. Repeat the exercise in both directions.
