This is a very nice example of a 72 Kawasaki H1 500. Factory matching #'s KAF - 62199, KAE - 61996.
Frame, swing arm and center stand were stripped down and powder coated. Body work was stripped down and painted from the formula listed in Kawasaki Triple Resources (Ash Creek Auto body.Engine was rebuilt approximately 4 months ago. Reconditioned crankshaft (triple cranks), new rods,pistons and all new gaskets and seals. Less then 200 miles since rebuild. Replacement shocks, signals & stems, master cylinder. Replacement seat. New clutch. Reconditioned and polished original controls. New grips, mirrors, cables and bars. Polished: outer head fins, rear hub, engine covers, front fork housings. Re-laced rims, . Original re-chromed chain guard, pedals, grab rail (Mara Plating). Reconditioned: headlight bucket trim ring. Pipes are brand new from Doremi. Many new & reconditioned small parts.
This is a super nice H1 and it is a great collectors piece.
