Caoilinn Hughes, author of the novel The Alternatives (Riverhead Books | Oneworld Publications), tells us about her book, about her current favourite title by another Irish author, and which language she would love to see her book translated into.

In Blúiríní (Irish for snippets), we meet the writer in a place of inspiration or in a space they feel at home. Blúiríní offers an awareness of new voices in Irish literature and communicates some of the sense of excitement writers experience at the prospect of their work being read in another language.
