The FermZilla Gen 3.2 from @kegland has blown us away with its approachable nature and the impact it has had on our homebrewed beer when we've been using it. The ability to ferment under pressure and turn around a lager in such speedy times, coupled with the ability to brew in low-oxygen environments and protect all those wonderful hops in your hazy NEIPAs and Pale Ales, really stands out as key features.
