- Bread Flour 500 Gr. (or All Purpose)
- Water 300 Ml.
- Dry Yeast 5 Gr. (or Fresh 20 Gr.)
- Salt 10 Gr. (1 Tbsp.)
*For 3 Baguettes of 265gr. each one.
