For the crab masala:
- take a pan
- add 1\2 cup water
- 4 onion
- 4 tomato
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- Whole garam masala(pepper,elachi,laung,dalchini,posto,star staranise,dhanya,shahjeera)
-1 twig curry leaves
-4 green chilli's
-7 whole kaju
-salt to taste
-1 tsp haldi powder
-2 tsp red chilli powder
-2 tsp dhanya powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1tsp pepper powder
- 1tsp mustard oil
- cover and boil for 10 to 15 min
- cool it and grind it to paste
- let it shimmer for 10 min

- clean the 2 big crab
- add salt and haldi
- give it a boil
- and discard the water
- take a cooker
- add 1tbs of mustard oil
- panchporan,curry leaves,gren chilli for tadka
- 5 peeled potato
- add the crab
- the prepared masala
- and1\2 cup of masala water
- 1\2 cup of coriander leaves
- cover it and give one vessel at a high falame and let it rest for half an hour
- taste best with steamed rice
