ingredients you will need
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 600g)
3 peppers
240g couscous
75g dried apricots, cut into small pieces
sea salt & black pepper ( Freshly ground )

for paste
3 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground turmeric
4 tbsp sunflower oil
