JIMS-Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) organized E-SUMMIT 2023 with a theme of “Resilient Entrepreneurs” on 18th March 2023, Saturday, at Lakshmipat Singhania Auditorium, PHD House, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi-110016.

SUMMIT THEME: RESILIENT ENTREPRENEURS
The pandemic shattered the business world. However, it necessitated the need for developing resiliency. Resilience, in contemporary times is sine quo non without which the business units struggle to survive and sustain in the Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear and Incomprehensible (BANI) environment. Hence entrepreneurs are required to embrace and adopt resiliency so as to sail through highly volatile and uncertain business world. The E-Summit 2023 will address the issues pertaining to resilient entrepreneurs so as to survive and sustain in the highly turbulent market place.
Madhukar Swayambhu, co-founder Vaidic Srijan LLP, was also invited as a panelist for the Track -1 of the session, to brainstorm and enlighten the budding entrepreneurs of JIMS IIC, Rohini on a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

TRACK 1: THEME: ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM AND SUSTAINABILITY
Business units are designed to serve the society. However, they are tested for their survival and sustainability in an ecosystem which is severely impacted by pandemic. Hence, entrepreneurs, in today’s business environment, are required to focus their attention on addressing various components of an entrepreneurial eco-system with the objective of surviving and sustaining in todays’ tough business environment. This track will deliberate and discuss the various nuances of an entrepreneurial eco-system which will assist the participants in developing measures to ensure that the business is sustainable.
