Today we have Troy Felt back in the pod talking about all things SDA.

Within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), SDA is a type of support (funding) that is provided to some participants. The federal government’s SDA funding is provided to participants who require a specialist dwelling that reduces their need for person-to-person supports.

The Federal Government has committed funding of $700 million per year to SDA for 20 years. It was rolled out in Western Australia in 2018 after an initial launch on the East Coast. So what is the SDA opportunity for investors? Where are the best areas? and why is NDIS/SDA a great addition to your investment portfolio? All of this on todays podcast. Enjoy!
