This video gives step by step instructions on how to make a tuna wrap. Could also call it a tuna burrito or tuna melt.

Ingredients:
Burrito Tortilla-210 Calories
Provolone Cheese 1 oz- 110 calories (can sub other cheese)
2 tbsp mayo - 180 calories
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt (to taste)
4 oz of drained tuna-170 calories
2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp shredded carrot, lettuce - 20 calories

Mix Mayo with cayenne, garlic powder lemon juice and pinch of salt in small mixing bowl.

Mix sauce with tuna, carrot, and onion in mixing bowl

Place cheese on tortilla. Place lettuce on top of cheese.
Place tuna mix on top of lettuc.

Roll up snugly into wrap/burrito.

Heat up pan over medium heat. Add a little bit of neutral cooking oil.
Cook each side of wrap for 2 min

Remove from heat and allow to rest for a minute

Cut in half, and serve hot.

This is an easy fish recipe that can be made fast on a week night. This is a great canned tuna recipe.
