Every piece of gear, apart from those with high-intellect values (pref int+stam) should be feral gear ideally, yes. 3399 Mana is the main threshold you want to hit.

However, i strongly believe that if you have the mana (3399), and any sort of feral gear (lvl 55+) you could more than likely solo these with a feral spec
