A twenty plus mile tour of San Diego Harbor, showing points of interest that can be viewed by boaters, or explored on land. Starting in Glorietta Bay on Coronado, I rowed and sailed down to the south boat basin of Shelter Island, then back. The winds were typical, very little at eight in the morning, building to 12-15 knots from the west by two in the afternoon.

The music is Vaughan Williams, The Lark Ascending, performed by The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, with Sir Neville Marriner conducting and Iona Brown on violin. It is my desire that folks unfamiliar with this recording would enjoy it as much as I do, and seek out more works performed by those mentioned. If I have broken any copyright rules, I agree to do fifty push-ups and greatly apologize.
