1 pack of soy curls
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1tsp grammasala
1tsp ground fennel seeds
1tsp ground coriander seeds
1tsp ground fenugreek seeds
3 tsp salt
thyme
scallion
1 bell pepper
1tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp evoo
powdered seasonings to taste
2 medium carrots
3 cups uncooked quinoa
1 can dark red kidney beans
1tsp salt
1 bay leaf
scallion and thyme
1 extra large cauliflower steamed in 1/2 cup water
