What is a Master-Planned Community? | Bridgeland | Cypress TX | Houston Suburb
🤔🤔I have encountered this question many times since I started my real estate career over 6 years ago. Homebuyers sometimes confused a subdivision with a master-planned community. Just because your neighborhood has its own 🏊swimming pool 🏊🤹 playground 🤹 and 🚶 walking trails 🚶does not mean it as a master-planned community. Being near to 🏬shopping centers 🏬does not make your neighborhood a master-planned community. 🤔🤔
🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ So what neighborhood is considered a master-planned community? What is a master-planned community? And why are homebuyers are interested in residing in one? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
