1 cup warm water

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 large white onion, chopped
8 oz white mushrooms, sliced
3/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
