CHRONO CROSS ~ Scars of Time, the opening theme from Chrono Cross, properly (or at least, as properly as I could get it) looped and extended for about 15 minutes.

This one was a PAIN to extend. It doesn't have a true loop point, it's played by a real orchestra rather than a program or chip, and it wasn't even meant to be extended in the first place. Still, I really like this song, and the full extension I liked that was once on YouTube has been gone for a long while now, so I figured I'd do it myself.

I tried to extend it back in early July of last year, and 2 days later, my computer decided it had enough and reset itself, closing my project...and I didn't think to save it, so I lost all the progress I made. I was so frustrated that I gave up on it and chose to extend Chrono Trigger's battle theme instead, which was much easier and much less aggravating.

But I finally got back around to trying this one again 2 days ago, and with the power of comparisons, a willing proof-listener (thanks to macythefloof for the help), and good ol' fashioned trial & error, I finally got this track to loop as properly and naturally as I could feasibly get with my knowledge and skills.

Maybe there's a way to do it better with some audio wizardry I don't know or understand, but this version sounds pretty darn good, if I do say so myself.
