Recipe and ingredients:
Cut 3 zucchini
Heat the vegetable oil
Salt
Cover and fry for 10-15 minutes
Boil 1 liter of water
300g pasta
salt, vegetable oil
Let cook for 10 minutes
Grind fried zucchini in a blender
Add 1/2 chopped zucchini to the noodles
2 cloves of garlic
Cut 100 g mozzarella cheese
Mix everything well
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil
Put the noodles in
Place the remaining zucchini on top
Grate 100 g of cheese
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes
