How to make Nom Dangkouv Dessert, a famous traditional dessert from Battambang province, Cambodia.
Ingredients:
* Dangkouv's dough
1cup [150g] Rice flour
1/2cup [120ml] Hot water
* Coconut milk syrup
2cup [500ml] Water
1 1/2cup [370ml] Coconut milk
1/4tsp Salt
5Tbsp [100g] Sugar
3 Pandan leaves
Shredded coconut
1Tbsp Rice flour
2Tbsp Water
