Java Jive is an easy-listening jazzy tune sung by The Manhattan Transfer in their first album, Jukin' (1971). The song is very much favored by the fans that the group re-recorded it again their later albums, including The Manhattan Transfer (1975), The Very Best of The Manhattan Transfer (1994), and Boy From New York City And Other Hits (1997), most of which are best-selling and top-ranked albums.
