Want to be a LEADER?

The SPACEs In Action staff team took time to step back to reflect, plan, and focus on team building and their strategy for the upcoming budget season. They took time for introspection to heal and build themselves. Then, create a game plan for their leadership ladder tool that develops SIA member-leaders' skills, capacity, and confidence. There is so much in store for 2024. Their first single will be out in the spring. Make sure to attend all SIA events and activities; go to linktr.ee/spacesinaction to stay informed.

Goals for 2024:

Move more individuals up the Leadership Ladder
Increase community involvement and inspire others
Focus on health-related initiatives, shedding light on Medicaid
Building upon past victories, such as securing hearings for the child tax credit through community pressure
