Whenever I tell someone I go to a Crossfit gym, I can always count on someone asking if I bang tires, have gotten hurt, or simply commenting on how intense it must be. I always respond letting them know that may be the case at many other gyms, but not mine.

Crossfit Accolade is a great place of community and of course exercise.
