When Dragon Ball comes to mind, the techniques might one of the first things people think about. So many cool moves like the Kamehameha exist in the series, but what about those moves meant to finish off a foe? We probably know the big ones, but what about the moves that were all show and no results? I call these the "failed finishing moves" since they have the presentation of an ender, but ultimately leave the foe around to fight another day.
