Summer Elegance earrings

Details: Going back to basics with this one and some classic beading techniques. Lean how to use a headpin to make a simple drop earring

Here’s what you will need:
2 x headpins
2 x beads of your choice I used 5mm Prehnite cubes
2 x spacer beads I used ovals 5x3.5mm
Chain I used 3mm rolo chain I used 9 links on each earring, you can use as many as you like stick to odd numbers.

Wire Gauge???
Yes! I mostly use UK terms, as I’m from the U.K 🇬🇧. I do try to include US Terms but in case I miss them here they are 😊 Thank you 😊
0.25mm - 30 AWG
0.4mm - 26 AWG
0.6mm - 22 AWG
0.8mm - 20 AWG
0.9mm - 19 AWG
1mm - 18 AWG
1.25mm - 16 AWG
1.5mm - 14 AWG
2mm - 12 AWG

Wire lengths mentioned are usually in cm/mm which is the most universal method. You can find conversions very easily with a web search if needed.

Tools used:
Flush cutters
Chain nose pliers
Round nose pliers


Techniques used:
Classic beading
Simple eye pin loops
Attaching an ear wire
Working with chain links
