देश में इन दिनों Marital Rape का विषय चर्चा पर है. Delhi High के दो जजों की बेंच इस पर एकमत फैसला नहीं दे पाई. इसके बाद अब मामले पर Supreme Court फैसला करेगा. पूरा मसला ये है कि शादी से पहले किसी महिला के साथ जबरदस्ती करना रेप है. लेकिन शादी के बाद पत्नी के साथ जबरदस्ती करना रेप नहीं है. पूरी बहस इसी की है कि क्या शादी के बाद पत्नी से जबरदस्ती शारीरिक संबंध बनाने को भी रेप की श्रेणी में रखा जाना चाहिए.
