I'm going to go over every single cut and removed character spanning across the series' history. The definition of cut for the context of this video is as follows: characters that can ONLY be found internally or characters that are present in the final retail product of their game, have internal information that would suggest they were intended to be playable at some point, but are only used as NPCs or as enemies. I will drop some honourable mentions because if i don't, the comments will probably call me out anyway. Also don't be surprised if i forgot to mention some insanely obscure character entry. I may just have.
