Amazon’s The Boys is, funnily enough, the most successful anti-superhero superhero franchise in the history of entertainment. Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s controversy-ridden adult comics get an equally dark, albeit far more grounded makeover, courtesy the creativity and sense of humor of Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. All three seasons of the show are packed with insane character and storyline development and career-defining performances from every cast member involved.
