A good thought for your life, a shudder, a shiver, that flows through your body; that is the connection with the divine, which lives within every plant, every animal, every living being. If you are in nature: do not litter, don´t scream, do not bring disorder, but instead learn to listen. Listen with the eyes. Listen to the song of the birds, listen to the flowing of the water - retire to your heart and listen. The sounds of nature will be music to your ears, peace for your soul and joy for your heart.
