A not so short video - upon request - that shows how I do single inlaid turns and single wrap trim bands. In this video, I use some high contrast Fuji threads to demonstrate how to:

Wrap an inlaid turn 5 wraps into a guide wrap
Wrap a single inlaid turn in the center of a guide wrap, and
Wrap a single inlaid turn at either end of a guide wrap

The threads used in this video are Fuji UltraPoly NOCP Size A in colors 020-Candy Apple Red and 002-White. The guides I wrap are Fuji FBCKLAG10H and CCKLAG10H guides. Both the Fuji thread and Fuji guides can be found anywhere Fuji products are sold including:
