How to fix Lower Back Pain in 10 Minutes with this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lesson. This somatic movement lesson will help you to reduce hip & low back pain and you will learn how to bring your legs to standing in an easy efficient way.

The lesson will be done lying on the floor. You need a mat or blanket and some space on the ground. I suggest using a surface that allows you to slide your leg.

The lesson is often called "Bringing your legs to standing". It is also referred to as swimming movement or frog leg movement.
