The tenth video documenting my health and fitness progress.

I'm low again today. No flares. But I'm not eating well or exercising because I'm so low. I did walk the past four days for about 4-5km each day.

We have to move in December and I'm not happy about leaving my lovely house and quaint little village.

I forgot to go to tango this week. And I'm skipping my salsa lesson tonight. But I did do my 10th hour-long Pilates session yesterday and I feel good about my progress. My left arm is down to only 1"/2cm bigger than my right due arm now. I'm also getting more range of motion in my frozen shoulder.

My Dutch progress is paused because they've cancelled language cafe at the library because of COVID-19 and I can't just walk around and chat with people in town because you can't just do anything you like anymore.

UC status: in remission (min-flare 24 Sept poss. due to eating bread)
