We take a trip to Washington USA to visit an abandoned mental hospital. The Northern State Mental Hospital was in operation from 1909 to 1976 and housed thousands of patients over the years. Like any mental hospital, Northern State has its share of terrifying stories and tales. Many of which stemming from the crematorium on site.
This hospital was also the site of a functioning dairy farm, built and operated entirely by the patients.
I had done a lot of research of this facility before visiting but seeing it in person far surpassed my expectations.
