In today’s video I invite you along on the journey that is the colonoscopy process! I don’t know, maybe someone’s interested in finding out what the process looks like and what you can expect if you’re having to get your own colonoscopy? This is a follow-up colonoscopy to have another look at how my colon is doing after choosing not to take medication for my colitis. I've been eating in a way that is meant to help heal my gut, for a year now, so we shall see. Hope you enjoy this weird vlog of my colonoscopy prep, as well as a bit of yoga, some food, and me a little loopy after my procedure!
