The BEST Roasted Cauliflower Steak, and it's so easy. The flavor and texture are perfect with just simple seasonings.

Ingredients

2 Medium heads of Cauliflower
Parsley
Coriander
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp salt to taste
1tsp Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

1) First, remove the steams and leaves from the cauliflower. Slice each of the heads down the middle, then slide your knife about 2 inches to the left and cut again. Do the same to the right. This leaves you with 2 steaks from each head. (The leftover can be used in other recipes).
2) Place the cauliflower steaks on a frying pan, drizzle olive oil, then sprinkle the salt, ground black pepper on the top, and the other sides.
3) Fry for 5 minutes in high heat until golden brown both sides. Then oven for 10-15 minutes at 275°C.
4) For the sauce put all the ingredients in the blender. Parsley, coriander, cumin, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, ground black pepper, and blend.
5) Spread the blended mixture on the steaks cauliflower and served. It can also be served with tahini.
