Another episode in the security stories saga. I get asked quite a bit about gangs and the problems we had with them. My answers may surprise some and give an insight into how gangs have changed over the years. I spent a good ammount of time running R+B nights on the door. These were something of an education for me and as usual I took in as much of the psychology via people watching as possible!
