Ingredients:
Grated Paneer-1 cup
Onion
Red capsicum
Green capsicum
Tomato
Schezwan sauce-1 tbsp
Ketchup (optional)-1 tsp
Italian seasoning
Salt
For Tadka
Oil
Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Chana dal
Curry leaves
Method:
1. In a bowl add all the above mentioned ingredients and add tadka.
2. Take a slice of bread, flatten it with rolling pin.
3. Keep the stuffing in the middle, top it with cheese and fold it as shown in the video and secure it with toothpick.
4. Air fry them at 180c for 5 mins.
You can even bake them in the oven at 180c for 10-12 minutes or toast it on the tawa.
