A start up in Chennai has launched Pepul,  a brand new made in India social media platform. It promotes aadhar verified users in a bid to make it safe,  check fake profiles and spread of hatred. The start up had recently  raised 10 crore rupees. Investors include PayTM founder Vijay Shekhar, Freshworks' Girish Mathrabootham and Silicon Valley based Hourglass Venture Partners.   tellmystory.in brings the story of Pepul, speaking to it's  Founder Suresh Kumar Gunasekaran and others.
