In this video I review and test 4 different budget minded digital torque wrenches. For this comparison I used the Harbor Freight Quinn 1/2" electronic torque wrench model # 61946, the Kobalt 1/2" electronic torque wrench from Lowes model # 80720, the Gearwrench 1/2" electronic torque wrench model #85079, and the AcDelco 1/2" electronic torque wrench model # ARM303-4A. I give you the overview for each tool and test each of it's functions.
