Grzegorz Ciechomski runs a one-man micro farm called "La Fuente Farm" in Legi, Poland. He is building a forest and pasture system based on a collection of old varieties of fruit trees. Sheep, geese, ducks and chickens graze there. There is also a no-till vegetable garden and two small tunnels with tomatoes. Grzegorz tries to combine animal breeding with the cultivation of plants so that no additional fertilization is needed. Grzegorz is a forester by education, specializing in zoology.
