The High Mountain Agribusiness and Livelihood Improvement Project (HIMALI) has developed groundbreaking ways to initiate and establish agribusiness in the high mountainous areas of Nepal. HIMALI is implementing though coordination of several stakeholders, including farmers, elders, women, community organizations, research organizations, public and private sectors from the district level up to central level. In Mustang district, Nepal, HIMALI project support the smallholder farmers to conduct own model of commercial farming, including agribusiness entrepreneurs to prepare quality business plans at district level. Inclusive sustainable development and climate change adaptation also contribute to good agribusiness practices.
