Boom crane on an RC Coast Guard Buoy Tender at 2011 Foss Cup, lifts a buoy from the deck and drops it in the water.
A bit more info, the boat is 1/48 scale, and belongs to Dave Green of the Northwest RC Shipmodlers in Seattle.
The model is entirely scratch built except a few items (anchors, part of ladders,doors, port light frames and searchlight)
