The Conrad Centennial Singapore was among the first hotels to receive guests under the Stay-Home Notice (SHN) scheme at the height of the coronavirus pandemic in April 2020.

The hotel had to rejig its operations to accommodate travelers, such as returning Singapore residents, who had to undergo SHN upon arrival. Changes included zoning of its physical spaces, upping security measures as guests are not allowed to leave their rooms, and training staff to wear Protective Personal Equipment (PPE).
