Ingredients 材料:
250 g mashed pumpkin 南瓜泥
80-100 g sugar 糖
1/4 tsp salt 盐
200 ml coconut milk 椰奶
120 g tapioca starch 木薯粉
20 g rice flour 粘米粉/大米粉
50 g fresh grated coconut 鲜椰丝
1/4 tsp salt 盐
Steam over medium-high heat for about 40 minutes
